Stefan Szczesny created the first series of "Painting on photography" in the year 1985. The photo works of Stefan Szczesny are a development of paintings using other materials. With the artist's eye he photographs the motives with the view of a later pictorial completion. As a result he creates a painting which shows a dialog between the reality (photo) and the forms and colours of the pictorial imagination of the artist. The exhibition shows selected works from the last years.

On the occasion of the Art Basel Miami the Roth Fineart Gallery is showing new shadow sculptures in the Coral Gables park of the Biltmore Hotel. The opening will take place on the 4th of December 2009 at 11 a.m. The exhibition will move in the middle of January to Palm Beach parallel to the Art Palm Beach. Further planned stations are Las Vegas and Malibu. A catalogue will be printed.
